$100.00 a month. Automatically drafted on the first of the month.

 

When are lessons?

We do lessons Monday through Thursday. Times depend on the instructors schedule.

 

Is my lesson the same time every week?

Yes. When you sign up you'll pick a time from the schedule.

 

I can't come to my lesson, what do I do?

Call or come to the counter to let Victoria or Jodeen know. If you give notice at least 2 hours before your lesson it's an excused absence, and you can schedule a make up lesson within 30 days. If you don't give notice, or if you give notice after the 2 hour cut off, it will be counted as an unexcused absence and cannot be made up.

 

Do you teach lessons in the summer?

We teach lessons all year round.

 

Do you have performances/recitals?

We do. Twice a year, in January and June, we have the students perform. Attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. Performances take place over a week's time. Students perform on the day that their lessons are on. There are no lessons during performance week. Students arrive at 5:30 to warm up and the performances start at 6:00.

 

How long are lessons?

They are all 30 minute private lessons.

What kind of repairs do you do?

We do everything from restrings, setups, and electrical repair on string instruments, to spring replacement, stuck valves, and repads on band and orchestra instruments. With much much more in between, just bring your instrument and we will be sure to help you with any issues you may have.

What are your repair prices?

We try to keep our prices competitive and affordable, cost of repair usually varies from one item to the next, so give us a call or bring your instrument in and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Do you repair speakers and keyboards?

Unfortunately we currently do not repair these items as we have been unsuccessful in finding a technician for the work. If by chance you happen to know someone we would be grateful for their information so we can provide a wider service for our customers.

Rentals

What instruments do you rent?

Instruments offered by Music and Arts are;

Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Trombone, Cornet, Violin, Viola, Piccolo, Snare/Bell Combo Kits, Wood Clarinet, Open Hole Flute, Alto Saxophone, Soprano Saxophone, Baritone Horn/Euphonium, Oboe, Bass Clarinet, Tenor Saxophone, Cello, Trombone w/ F Attachment, Single French Horn, Double French Horn, Bassoon, 3/4 Tuba, Baritone Saxophone, Bass.

How do I rent an instrument?

Either come in to our store and fill out a contract with one of our customer service representatives, or click the button below to rent online for either home delivery or in store pickup.

What are your rental prices?

Our rentals start at 28 dollars a month for student model instruments.

What if my instrument needs repair?

With Music and Arts' LDW (Liability Damage Waiver) program your instrument is covered! Just bring in your instrument and we will take a look at it, if it is something minor we may be able to fix it on the spot. If it needs major repairs we will exchange the instrument for another one or if you or your child is absolutely attached to that particular instrument we will give you a loaner instrument while yours is repaired.
