We do. Twice a year, in January and June, we have the students perform. Attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged. Performances take place over the course of a week. Students perform on the day that their lessons are on. There are no lessons during performance week. Students arrive at 5:30 to warm up and the performance starts at 6:00. We do everything from restrings, setups, and electrical on string instruments, to soundpost resets and bridge fitting on orchestral instruments, to head replacement on drums. With Music & Arts' LDW (Liability Damage Waiver) program your instrument is covered. Just bring in your instrument and we will take a look at it, if it is something minor we may be able to fix it on the spot. If it needs major repairs we will exchange the instrument for another one.
